Maurizio Sarri has told Chelsea he wants to leave the club and become Juventus manager, according to reports.
Sky in Italy claims the 60-year-old met with Blues director Marina Granovskaia on Friday and said he would like to return to Italy.
Juventus are searching for a new manager after the departure of Massimiliano Allegri – and reports suggest Sarri has already been offered a three-year contract.
The news comes just days after Sarri, who took charge last July, guided Chelsea to Europa League glory in Baku to secure the first major honour of his managerial career.
Despite a successful season under difficult circumstances, the Italian’s future has been a source of constant speculation.

“I love the Premier League and I’m lucky I’m at Chelsea but at the end of each season you have to sit down and talk.
