Arsenal have reportedly offered Petr Cech a coaching role at the club.
The 36-year-old will retire from playing at the end of the season following an illustrious Premier League career with Chelsea and the Gunners.
Arsenal, though, fear they miss out to rivals Chelsea, according to The Sun.
Both clubs are reportedly open to the goalkeeper starting as a coach after he hangs up his gloves.
Cech has begun his coaching badges and will make a decision on his future once he officially retires.
The Blues are understood to want him back at the club as a coach or club ambassador.
He left Chelsea in 2015 after losing his place in the starting line-up to Thibaut Courtois.
He won four Premier League titles during an 11-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
